Resonance Apparatus
It consists of a tube 100cm long, 25mm dia mounted on a stand which is fitted with leveling screws. The lower end of the rubber tubing provided is connected to the 500ml glass reservoir which slides on a metal rod and can be raised or lowered for adjusting the length of column of air. It is used to measure the velocity of sound waves in air at room temperature by using a tuning fork.

Tuning Fork Electrical
Mounted on sturdy streamlined base with provision for horizontal or vertical use, fork is manufactured from selected steel. Prong is 10 x 25 x 300 mm. accurate frequency adjustment, vibrations rate 60 per second. Electromagnet can work on 6 Volts. The amplitude of vibration can vary by sliding the electromagnet inside the prongs.
