Condenser Aepinus
Comprising two metal discs, with variable separation, supported on insulating pillars & provided with insulating handles on the ends of the adjustment slide rods, 4 mm sockets too are drilled onto the ends of the rods.
A rectangular glass plate is supplied which mounts in clips between the two discs & may be easily replaced by a plate of some other material to show the effect of different dielectrics. The whole is mounted on a polished wooden base.
Magnetic Field Apparatus
Apparatus To Show Force On Conductor In Magnetic Field – Comprising a strong U-shaped magnet and a pair of brass rails with 4mm socket terminals. A brass axle with plastic discs is free to roll along the rails and completes the electrical contact between them. When the axle is placed on the rails between the poles of the magnet, and a power supply unit is connected, the axle rolls along the rails, away from the centre of the magnetic field. Apparatus To Show Force On Conductor In Magnetic Field for Magnetism Experiment in Physics Lab.
Worchester Electromagnetic Kit
This kit is most versatile as it enable students to perform a wide range of experiments in electromagnetism such as construction of working motors and meters. It comprises eight anisotropic alloy magnets, eight anisotropic ceramic ferrite magnets, four steel magnet yokes, six plotting compasses, four hard board formers for compasses, one bottle iron fillings, four iron filling dispensers, four each double C-cores, clips for C-cores, aluminium rings, split aluminium rings, four each support bases, armature with axle tubes, aluminium axle rods, eight split pins, 16 rivets, one length latex rubber tubing, four each formers for coils, reels cellulose tape, reels copper wire, four each sheets white pasteboard, plain postcard, reels white cotton, four each C-resistors 100 ohm, 10 ohm, ten flash lamp bulbs, four neon bulbs, eight (MES) bulb holders, wood clamp, wood block.
Demountable Transformer
Demountable Transformer for Physics Lab Comprises U & I cores of low loss magnetic material, to form a closed core of cross section 25 mm in plane of laminations, 32 mm perpendicular to them is an I – core of length 102 mm. U core external height 102mm. Internal height to take bobbin length 77 mm. Pair of pole pieces, each 65x30x25 mm with on end shaped to part of a cone for maximum flux density. Hole drilled through total length along cone axis to take a light beam. Pole pieces will accept supertrods & shading ring (provided with accessories) & may be clamped on any separation on U core, or in contact as a non laminated I – core. Cast aluminium alloy stand consisting of a heavy base on four rubber feet with removable clamping arms. Maximum dimensions of base 190x200x115 mm. Channel 35 mm wide & 3 mm deep to take transformer core, extends across full width. Integral support for arms, to rear, is below the level of the pole pieces. Arms pivot on steel spindle with adjustment of knobs to rear bringing hard rubber pads at front end of arms to bear on transformer core. Synthetic hammer finish except of clean metal in channel & 4 mm hole to take on earthing plug lead. Complete with all the accessories

Crookes Radiometer Double
Comprising partly evacuated having two bulbs with two sets of vane, containing at its centre a fine pivot which supports four light weight metal arms. One side of each vane is blackened; the reverse side is bright, mounted on round base.
When exposed to sunlight, the vanes rotate in opposite directions.

Demonstration Dynamo
This model uses the same basic assembly as the electric motor, mounted on a base plate which also carries a hand drive pulley 120 mm in diameter coupled to the smaller dynamo pulley by a rubber belt. Electric output is via a pair of 4 mm socket & a light emitting diode is provided as simple output indicator. The model may also be used as motor on a 4 to 8 volts DC supply.

Demonstration Dynamo Model A.C
A simple demonstration of a Dynamo Model mounted on a wooden base. Hand driven by a gear. Simplified open frame construction which can be readily understood without detriments to its essential similarity to real machine. A 2 pole armature wound by enamelled copper wire to rotate in U shape magnet in pivot. While in rotation process through the gear wheel by hand, the bulb provided glows.
